We share your information only with companies that help us run the business, like our email, calendar and video, scheduling, payment, hosting and analytics providers, and only as much as they need to do their job. We also share it if the law requires it, or if the business is sold. We don't sell your personal information for money. We do let ad partners (Meta and Google) collect site activity to show and measure our ads, which California law may call "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out any time (see Do Not Sell or Share below).
Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing support@proven-ai.com. If you live in California, you have the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sharing for targeted ads (see Do Not Sell or Share below). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
To opt out of sharing for targeted ads, either email support@proven-ai.com with the subject "Do not share," or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. When your browser sends a GPC signal, our site does not load ad pixels. You can also block cookies in your browser settings and manage ad choices in your Meta and Google account settings.
We keep your information as long as we need it for the reasons above, then delete it or strip out what identifies you, unless the law says to keep it longer.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No system is perfect, so we can't promise it will never be breached.
Our site and programs are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Everything on this site and in our events and programs, including pages, videos, prompts, templates and the 7 Steps to Onboard Your AI, belongs to Proven AI LLC. You may use it for yourself and inside your own business. You may not resell it, republish it or share program materials outside your business.
We record our live events. By joining, you agree that your name, voice, image and chat messages may appear in the recording if you take part. We may change an event's time or cancel it.
We teach you how to use AI tools in your business. We don't give legal, financial, tax or technical advice for your specific situation. You're responsible for how you use AI in your business, including checking what it produces and protecting your customers' information.
We teach with tools made by other companies, like Claude (made by Anthropic) and Google. Their own terms and prices apply. We aren't connected to those companies and aren't responsible for their services.
The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep things accurate and running, but we can't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California.

These terms apply when you join the AI-Powered Business Accelerator.
What's described on the program page when you join: live sessions, office hours, recordings, AI Employee Kits, templates and access to the private community. If you buy the Private VIP 1-on-1, you also get the private sessions and support described on the program page.
Session dates and times are on the program page. If we need to move a session, we'll tell you ahead of time. Recordings are posted after each session.
You can pay in full or on a payment plan. A payment plan is a promise to pay the full price. If a payment fails and isn't fixed within 5 calendar days, we may pause your access until it's paid.
You'll have access to the recordings and materials for 12 months from the program's start date.
Each seat is for one person unless you buy more. Please don't share your login or the materials outside your business.
Be respectful. We may remove anyone who disrupts sessions or treats others badly, without a refund.
Live sessions are recorded and shared with program members.

If you've done all three and don't have AI employees working in your business by the end of Week 6, email support@proven-ai.com within 7 days after the program ends. We'll refund the full amount you paid, back to your original payment method, within 10 business days.
Outside the guarantee above, all sales are final.
Your Claude plan and any other tools you use are not included in the program price.
Results vary. Any examples of time saved, work done or money made on this site or in our events are examples, not promises. Your results depend on your business, your effort and things outside our control.

From October 19, 2026 until the Your First AI Employee Masterclass starts on November 3, 2026 at 12:30 PM Pacific.
We draw one winner. The winner gets one seat in the Fall 2026 Class of the AI-Powered Business Accelerator (value $2,997). If the winner registered using another person's invite link, that person also gets one seat (value $2,997). No more than 2 seats are given. Prizes can't be traded or swapped for cash.
We'll draw a winner at random from all eligible entries at the end of the masterclass. You don't need to attend live to win. We'll email the winner within 2 days. If the winner doesn't reply within 7 days, we'll draw another.
Odds depend on how many entries we receive.
Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. A prize worth $600 or more may require us to collect tax information.
